Riding on this rollercoaster
Soaring through the stars
Leaving the earth I once thought I knew
All the toy people in their tiny cars
There's nothing I can't do or say
Somewhere deep inside
I've always wished to have it this way
To take a bite of the sun
To feel its heat
Wash it down with the moon
And laugh at defeat
To dive into a lake of new beginnings
And awake on the other side
Let the towering waves thunder down on me
Death's threat I won't abide
With joy I'll scale mountains
And forever banish sorrow
I'll mount the wind and ride with eagles
Laughing at tomorrow.
